Dear Customer
If requested we can provide access and storage to your call recordings free of charge, however due to increased cloud storage fees from the servers after the first 30 days should you wish us to continue storing your voice calls then there will be a charge of £2 per Gigabite per month. For your reference; 1 Gigabite = about 20 hours of voice recordings.
You can choose the storage period that suits you from 30 days+ to 5 years by the drop down setting icon (top right hand corner in the call recording home page) after which time all call recordings will be deleted. At any time you can also download directly all your call recordings.
